Production begins!

prepped cabbageVital Cultured Foods officially started production of artisan sauerkraut today. We hand washed and prepped 40 pounds of small heads of cabbage from Native Hill Farm. Their produce is absolutely fabulous. We look forward to using much more of their produce as we grow.
