Today we harvested our second batch that will debut this Saturday, 14 January 2012, at the Be Local Winter Market in Old Town Fort Collins. Come by, say hi and give our sauerkraut a try! The beautiful cabbage is from the local farm, Grant Family Farms and it aided in a delicious ferment. See you soon!
