We are well into Spring and Summer is just around the corner. The earth has warmed and we will soon be enjoying the local bounties. We are gearing up for a summer full of fun ferments at the farmers market. As of now, we will be at the Larimer County Farmers Market in Old Town Fort Collins every Saturday from 8am to noon beginning 19th May!

As the local produce comes in we will be sharing with you a fermented treat that will only be available at the farmers markets. We will communicate with you the things that we will have and things that will be at future markets, since the fermentation process has a 2-4 week window, the anticipation will be fun.
